The control unit is designed for installation in a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
The CSC-151-U features a configurable analog output (+/-10 V, 4–20 mA). Analog signals (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) from both axes serve as the actual values. Three digital inputs are used to control and activate the automation function.
Key parameters include the INPOS control deviation window, which defines monitoring accuracy, as well as the MIN, MAX, and TRIGGER parameters for optimal adaptation to valve characteristics.
Parameterization is performed PC-based using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
