Das hydraulische Steuergerät POS-123-U-SSI ist ein Modul zur Steuerung hydraulischer Positionierantriebe, optimiert für robustes wegabhängiges Bremsen (SDD) oder hochpräzise NC-Regelung.
The unit is designed for installation within a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a standard DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.

Key parameters include the control mode (VMODE), which allows the user to select between SDD and NC operation. In SDD mode, A (acceleration time) and D (braking distance) define the motion profile, while MIN/MAX and trigger settings are used to compensate for valve overlap.
Parameterization is performed PC-based using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
