The MDR-339-P-IO combines two completely independent pressure control channels in a single housing and offers a modern IO-Link interface for Industry 4.0. An integrated commissioning wizard supports the efficient configuration of both channels.
This hydraulic control unit is a dual-channel pressure control module featuring an integrated IO-Link interface. It combines a PID controller, feed-forward control, and two independent power output stages within a single housing.
The unit is designed for installation within a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a standard DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
It comprises two completely independent channels for controlling two pressure valves. The device is designed for control via IO-Link (Type A) but also supports parameterization via USB. The output stages each deliver up to 2.6 A. Analog signals (0–10 V or 4–20 mA) are used for actual pressure values.
Key parameters are defined on a per-channel basis: PID data (C_1P, C_2P...), ramps (RA_1/RA_2), and output stage parameters (CURRENT_1/2, dither PWM). Valve linearization can be performed using 10 points per channel.
The configuration is carried out on a PC using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
Key features include its dual-channel capability, IO-Link connectivity for Industry 4.0 applications, and an integrated commissioning wizard for automatic parameter determination.
