With the UHC-126-U-S2, we’ve developed three devices with identical functionality but different fieldbus interfaces, making even demanding synchronization applications easy to manage. This is the ideal technology for presses, motion drives, and all other applications where power and precision are essential.
The UHC-126…S2 implements a distributed synchronization system – a new and highly robust approach. The patented MR controller linearizes the control paths and completely eliminates interactions between individual axis control loops. The module is available with EtherCAT, Profinet, or Profibus interfaces.
Additional features include:
Virtually unlimited number of synchronized axes
High-precision position measurement via SSI sensors, with an alternative analog sensor interface
Optional pressure control override, allowing regulation of the effective cylinder force
Driver blocks for Simatic controllers for easy and fast integration into machine control systems
