The CSC-158 hydraulic control unit is a highly dynamic control system designed for the independent or synchronous control of multiple axes within a PROFINET environment. The hardware consists of the CSC-158-U-SSIC control module and the PCK-308-C-PFN coupling module.
Both units are designed for installation in a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and are mounted on a DIN rail. They feature an IP20 protection rating.
The CSC provides a universal analog control output (+/-10 V or 4–20 mA) and supports both digital SSI sensors and analog displacement sensors. It also includes analog inputs for up to two analog pressure sensors. The PCK likewise offers analog inputs for supply and load pressure.
Key parameters include the working stroke (SYS_Range), manual speed (HAND), and positioning method selection (VMODE). Parameters for drift compensation (activation and deactivation thresholds) and control range limitation (DC:CR) are used to optimize dynamic performance.
Parameterization is performed PC-based using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
