The MOT-114-P is a current-controlled valve amplifier with a motor potentiometer function for controlling one or two proportional valves.
The module is designed for installation in a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
Two digital inputs make it possible to switch control signals that were previously parameterized. Alternatively, maintaining the state can be set by writing to the EEPROM.
The central parameters of the MOT-114-P include the nominal magnet current (CURRENT), the PWM frequency and dither (DFREQ, DAMPL) to reduce hysteresis, the output scaling (MAX) and overlap compensation (MIN), the pre-programmed setpoints for the switching inputs (S:0, S:1, FIXCURR) as well as the ramp times for the setpoint acceptance (RA:S, RA:FIX) and the shutdown (RA:OFF).
The configuration is carried out on a PC using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
The MOT-114-P is the simple valve amplifier for applications where a motor potentiometer circuit is required.
