SV-300

Control of
servo valves

Description

The SV-300 enables the control of servo valves with a current consumption of up to 300mA. No computer is required for parameterization.

Features

Power stage
Analog demand signal setting
Bipolar output stage for servo valves

Features

The SV-300 is a current-controlled single-channel valve amplifier for dynamic control of servo valves.

The module is intended for installation in a shielded EMC housing (switch cabinet) and is mounted on a DIN mounting rail. The protection class is IP 20.

A 4...20mA or 0...10V input signal is used for control. The maximum output current is 300mA. The current regulation is independent of the supply voltage and the magnetic resistance.

The central parameters of the SV-300 include the DIL switches for setting the nominal output current (CURRENT) in the range from 10 mA to 300 mA and the dither frequency (100 Hz or 250 Hz) as well as the potentiometers for continuous offset adjustment (P1) for the zero point adjustment and the dither amplitude (P2) in the range from 0% to 15%.

The configuration is hardware-supported using DIL switches that can be found on the board.

The SV-300 is the simple servo valve amplifier for dynamic control of servo valves. It replaces the SV-200 and offers the same functionality.
