The UHC-126-U-ETC hydraulic control unit is a universal axis controller that combines precise position control with pressure control. It is designed for use in forming machines, handling axes, and similar applications.
The unit is designed for installation within a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a standard DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
It features a configurable analog output (+/-10 V or 4–20 mA) to drive external valve electronics or a valve amplifier. Both SSI and analog sensors can be used for position measurement. Additionally, up to two analog pressure sensors can be connected. Setpoints are provided via EtherCAT.
Key parameters include position controller settings (VMODE, A/D/V0) and, for pressure control, PS_Range (nominal system pressure) and ARATIO (cylinder area ratio). The unit utilizes two switchable parameter sets (C1/C2: PI/D).

Parameterization is performed via PC using WPC software through the integrated USB interface or, alternatively, via EtherCAT.
Special features include advanced control functions such as velocity feed-forward (FF), acceleration feedback (AFC) for stabilizing low-frequency drives, and optional fine positioning.
