The\u00a0UHC-126-U-PFN\u00a0control module for position and pressure regulation can be operated via\u00a0Profinet, Profibus, or EtherCAT, allowing for easy and fast integration into existing machine control systems. Function blocks for S7 are available. The position controller has been revised to meet special requirements, resulting in\u00a0excellent dynamics and maximum positioning accuracy.<\/p>\n

In addition to standard position control, the following options are implemented:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Direct control: The target position can be changed at any time via the fieldbus<\/li>\n
  • Fast\/slow mode: For automatic execution of predefined motion profiles<\/li>\n
  • Drift compensation: Ensures correct zero-point adjustment, controllable via fieldbus<\/li>\n
  • Fine positioning: Compensates for position errors caused by external forces<\/li>\n
  • Path-dependent braking or NC control<\/li>\n
  • P or PT1 position controllers: For stable and dynamic positioning<\/li>\n
  • Acceleration feedback: Stabilizes axes that are difficult to control<\/li>\n
  • MR-Control function: Linearizes the hydraulic axis; absolute linear behavior can be activated via robust MR function<\/li>\n
  • Simplified and intuitive parameterization<\/li>\n
  • Optional EtherCAT support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additionally, a\u00a0PQ pressure control function\u00a0can be activated (with or without position control). In PQ mode, both pressures are typically measured to calculate the differential pressure.<\/p>\n

    • Dynamically activatable integrator to minimize pressure overshoot<\/li>\n
    • Two switchable PID parameter sets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The interface to the PLC is a\u00a0Profinet connection. In line with\u00a0Industry 4.0, all setpoints and feedback (process data) are available in the protocol. Module parameterization can also be performed via the bus.<\/p>\n
