The universal hydraulic control unit CSC-152-U is designed to synchronize up to four axes in a master/slave configuration using analog setpoint and actual-value signals. The CSC-152-U hydraulic control unit is a universal module designed to synchronize up to four hydraulic axes in a master/slave configuration using analog signals.
The control unit is designed for installation in a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
The module provides a configurable differential output (±10 V or 4–20 mA) and processes analog inputs for target position, actual position, velocity, and master actual position.
Key parameters include the number of axes (AXES) and the definition of the axis function within the system (AXIS_FUNC). Control performance is determined by the synchronization gain—GL:P (in SDD mode) and GL:V0 (in NC mode)—as well as the damping factor (GL:T1).
Parameterization is performed PC-based using the WPC software via the integrated USB interface.
A distinctive feature of this unit is its flexibility regarding setpoint input, which includes support for joystick operation (JSCMODE). Additionally, the COMMON function enables the parallel distribution of a 4–20 mA signal to multiple modules.
