The DSG-112-P is a freely configurable high-speed regulation and control module featuring extremely fast signal processing of 1 ms. It utilizes script-based programming to facilitate the implementation of complex tasks and includes integrated functions such as PI controllers and four-quadrant ramps. The module is optimized for hydraulic drive technology and incorporates three power output stages.

The module is designed for installation in a shielded EMC enclosure (control cabinet) and mounts onto a DIN rail. It has an IP20 protection rating.
The DSG-112-U features four analog inputs: one configured as a differential input (±10 V or 4–20 mA) and three configurable as unipolar inputs (0–10 V or 4–20 mA). These are complemented by three digital inputs and two analog outputs capable of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA output. Additionally, the module includes two digital outputs.
Key features include integrated complex functions available for use within the script, such as a PI controller (PID1:KP, PID1:TN, PID1:YR), a four-quadrant ramp (AA:1–AA:4), a curve generator (CCSET), and a MIN/MAX function for valve adaptation.
Configuration is performed via PC using WPC software connected through the integrated USB interface; the FlexiMod script can also be created within this software.
The DSG-112-U is ideal for implementing time-controlled motion sequences, setpoint generation, general control functions (e.g., PI control), rapid/creep speed controls, and complex characteristic curve adjustments.
