The PAM-190-P-I is a compact valve amplifier housed in a DIN connector casing for direct valve mounting, featuring a pre-assembled 5-pin M12 connector for error-free wiring. It offers freely scalable input signals and can be parameterized via integrated buttons/switches or through a USB/LIN bus. To facilitate installation in confined spaces, the connector is rotated by 180°.
The PAM-190-P-I-S9 is a current-controlled valve amplifier designed to drive single-solenoid proportional valves.
The unit is housed in a DIN EN 175 301-803 A connector housing and plugs directly onto the valve coil. Connection is made via a 5-pin M12 connector, ensuring quick and error-free installation. To facilitate installation in confined spaces, the M12 connector has been rotated 180° compared to the standard PAM-190-P-I model.
Control is achieved via a 4–20 mA analog signal. The maximum output current of the PWM power stage driving the solenoid is 2.5 A. Current regulation is independent of supply voltage and solenoid resistance.
Key adjustable parameters include separate ramp times (R:UP/DOWN), output scaling (MIN/MAX), dither settings to minimize hysteresis (DFREQ, DAMPL), and the PWM frequency.
Configuration can be performed either manually using the integrated buttons and switches or via PC using the WPC-300 software and a USB/LIN-bus programming adapter (ULA-310). The full range of functions is available only via the PC interface.
The PAM-190-P-I-S9 is the robust standard solution for applications that do not require advanced characteristic curve adjustment.
