PAM-190-P-IO

Simple onboard
valve amplifier
with IO-Link

Description

The PAM-190-P-IO is a compact valve amplifier housed in a DIN connector casing for direct valve mounting, featuring a pre-assembled M12 connector for error-free wiring. It offers optimal parameterization capabilities and precise control via IO-Link.

Technical Data

Features

The PAM-190-P-IO is a current-controlled valve amplifier designed to drive single-solenoid proportional valves.

The unit is housed in a DIN EN 175 301-803 A connector housing and plugs directly onto the valve coil. Connection on the input side is made via a 5-pin M12 connector, ensuring quick and error-free installation.

Precise control is achieved via IO-Link. The maximum output current of the PWM power stage driving the solenoid is 2.5 A. Current regulation is independent of supply voltage and solenoid resistance.

Key adjustable parameters include separate ramp times (R:UP/DOWN), output scaling (MIN/MAX), dither settings to minimize hysteresis (DFREQ, DAMPL), and the PWM frequency.

Parameterization is simple and straightforward via the IO-Link protocol.

The PAM-190-P-IO enables precise control of individual valves and provides optimal diagnostic capabilities via IO-Link.
