This hydraulic control unit combines position and pressure control with a Profinet interface and features integrated FlexiMod scripting. This offers unprecedented flexibility for customizing the module to define application-specific functions and bus communication.
The UHC-326-U-PFN hydraulic control unit is a universal axis controller for position and pressure control, connected via Profinet and featuring integrated FlexiMod scripting.
The module is intended for installation in a shielded EMC housing (switch cabinet) and is mounted on a DIN rail. The protection class is IP20.
The module is controlled via Profinet. Actual pressure data is read in via the analog input. Actual position data can be read in either via SSI or as an analog value. The output signal can be either a 0-10V or a 4-20mA signal.
Key parameters include the cylinder geometry (DZ, DS1, DS2) for calculating the hydraulic force, as well as the controller parameters for position and pressure control loops (VMODE, ARATIO).
Configuration is performed via the integrated USB interface (digital COM port) and the free WPC-300 software.
The UHC-326-U-PFN is suitable for all applications where both the position and pressure of an axis need to be controlled. The integrated FlexiMod scripting system allows for individual customization of the controller with regard to signal processing and fieldbus data exchange.
